STOP WORK ORDER.
1.Clean up all sediment off of all hard sufaces.
2. Sweep up street with a street sweeper, not washed with water.
3. Install sediment barriers along the front perimeter of project.
4. Maintain the storm drain inlet protection.
5. Provide a "Valid" RP that has day to day control over operations in regards with erosion and sediment control.
Will release the Stop Work Order once all issues have been corrected.

Maintain the construction exit onto Winsong Dr. by adding a top dressing of washed rock on the exsisting rock access.
Contacted the complaintee and expalianed to him that the project has all approved permits with the city and has also filed and Received a receipt of the federal NOI filing. Also explained to him that the construction exit did need tobe maintained and that I have informed the RP that this needs to occur.
