WIP on road grading and underground utility installation. No fugitive dust at time of inspection, water truck onsite but not in use.
Permit sign posted and construction entrance installed. Workers and equipment are driving around construction entrance and there is some dusty trackout to Saxton that needs sweeping. No NOI/SWPPP info posting observed.
Verbal correction request to Ed to provide sweeping or install a wider rock entrance to a designated parking/and staging area.

No new activity. Undergound sewer and utlitiy work is complete but no roads or gutters yet. Permit and SWPPP info posted at rock construction entrance. Perimeter control wattle installed along contruction limits in between canal. There are some large unprotected stockpiles on site that should be stabilized/ flattened to prevent fugitive dust issues. Will check on status in 2 weeks.
