Dorothy Pelican (home owner) Called me and said that 2 workers came back 3 days after stop work order issued, and finished roof. I told the homeowner not to pay the contractor until she got the original bid, with the contractors name, address and telephone #. She called me back 4days later and said that the contractor sent the workers back to collect money. She paid them and only got a name and tele #. The contractor is Bryan Denham Constr. Inc. ###-#### Nampa. She did not get the original invoice or bid. I will try to find the Contr. address.........
