Did not get permission from Hard Rock Construction to use Chris as the RP.
No RP.
No ESC sign posted.
Heavy amounts of sediment on sidewalks and gutter pan.
No sediment BMP's inplace where dirt pile are along the sidewalks.
Left a message with Andrew Thompson and told him he has until 6/11/08 at 1pm to have all issues corected or a STOP WORK ORDER will be issued.
Will Re-inspect on 6/11/08 at 1pm.
