Informed owner that a RP is required, which is someone who has day to day control. Site is out of compliance, including using a person who did not have day to day control, no signage, improper concrete wash out, no sediment control .

Talked to Anna at CM Office regarding lack of erosion controls regarding trackout. Due to minimal construction entrance excessive trackout has been occuring. Street sweeeping cannot be the primary control to reduce trackout since soil moisture content is high and high numbers of vehicles are entering and exiting the work site. Will follow up
