Follow up: Construction entrance in place on east side of building. Lack of access control on west side of project, vehicle traffic observed going over the curb where no cons. entrance is located. Informed RP that acess control is needed, (fencing and steel posts). Also informed RP that designated mortal washout area is also required. Additional inspection will be performed by J. Rogers on Monday a.m.

To RP; protect or remove pipe bedding sand by the end of the day which is located on the hard surface. Discharged water into the lake is clear. Informed contractor to wash out concrete in a pit.
