Life safety passed for the "vanilla finish". Owner wanted an actual occupancy so per onsite agreement I'm failing this inspection until the owner revises the submittal application for an occupancy permit and sets up a re-inspection.

Three pendant sprinkler heads are located too far off of a south wall which gives them an overall spacing of 140 sq. ft. per head. 130 sq. ft. per head is maximum. Also I need as-builts due to an existing line shown as 1 1/2" but is actually 3" in size. I did give Max, the project superintendant, permission to cover. I will verify the three relocated heads at the final.
