All items tested ok except the duct smoke detectors did not shut down the hvac units upon activation. Permit will bee ok to final when this is corrected.

Repair all of the non-functional exit signs and emergency lights as marked on the plans. Provide the missing exit/emergency lights as per the approved plans. Provide an additional fire extinguisher in the southeast corner as discussed.

A temporary occupancy is being given with scotts permission until the required fire dpet ingress doors and related exit sign/emergency lights are installed. At the final I will also need to verify that the new racking plan matiches the actual racking lay out.

Provide racking permit for all storage racks that are exceeding 8'-0" in height and the two doors throught one hour wall can not be blocked open. HMIS report was on site and the fire sprinkler system was installed when the 100 head requirement was in effect.
