Correction to rp; signage had BLD not ESC, and sign could not be read, (folded in half) needs better installation. Trash throughout site, no container, minor mud track out--hand sweeping needed. Complete by end of the weekend, re-inspection will be performed on Monday, if not in compliance a stop work may be issued.

No compliance to esc general permit requirments were observed, signage, no rock entrance, solid waste in front and not containerized. Informed rp to correct within 24 hours or a stop work will be issued. Will follow up
