Final FLS inspection of Wings A & B for TCO and final sign off. NOTE: Both fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems have been singed off for this area. Emergency lights and exit signs inspected - 90 minute test off of generator. All tested OK. Fire extinguishers - OK Fire lane sign installed. Knox box installed and FD called to lock box with keys installed. No other discrepancies pending - TCO approved by this office.

Final Fire/Life Safety inspection of the garage area for TCO clearance. Exit signs and emergency lighting tested OK (off generator). Fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems have also been finaled for this area. Fire Exttinguishers - OK Evac plans are temporary and permanent signs are being supplied by the owners. Knox box is installed and FD has been called to lock keys into it. Fire Lane marking sign has been installed. Only outstanding items to be addressed this week are, clean up fire pump room and secure doors, provide temporary address on the monument signs until permanant signs are installed,

Final inspection of Bldg. D and commons area for phase 1 TCO area. All HVAC units SD units tested OK. All other devices tested OK with previous inspections. Only outstanding item for this phase, is to clean up FACP room so that the cover on the SD above the panel can be uncovered. Currently, this SD needs to be covered as the room ventilation system is not operable, and the exterior door is propped open to provide ventilation. This should be completed within the next day or so. Other than that, the fire alarm system for Bldg's A, B, C and D, including the parking garage under all, is currently on line and fully operational.
