The rough-in for the most part is good. But the 2" main piping is not shown for one feed and installed in the wrong size for the other feed. Plans need to show the heads in the closets on the 4th floor. Need insulation on breeze way piping, Need tenting repaired on the 4th and 3rd floors. First floor rough in passed. Piping can be covered. The second floor high/lobby and west stairs are not done yet. Hydro on first floor was witnessed with no pressure loss.
