Dewey--Multiple construction entrances--Not constructed per industry standards which resulting in trackout. Discussed and walked site with super. Will install proper entrances or barricade. Modified esc plan--ok to stockpile soils across the lot, for a short time. Rock barrier and natural swear and natural vegatation should prevent sedment being released on to hard surface. Informed rp of inspection via voice mail. Excavation contact sail he will sweep dirt from sidewalk and street at the end of the day. 6/16/2004 3:10:28 PM

C/N -- No signage, silt fence not maintained, excessive fuel or oil stains on street, need to have drip pans or absorbents if equipment is leaking to this degree. Ok to remove silt fence on north and west sides of job site. Remove stakes also. Complete by the end of the day on 6/17/04 or further enforcement steps will be taken.
