Provide verification of signals, provide map at the facp, repair the fire/smoke dampers as listed on the plans and swap a/v's in room 109. Structural inspector said they would verify operation of the single station smoke detectors. This inspection lasted 5 1/2 hours. Per the sprinkler fitter, he could not get the forward flush to pass. He will need to repipe drains. Room 203 sprinkler canopy is missing. Could not perform complete sprinkler inspection due to fire alarm inspection taking so long. 6/16/2004 3:42:43 PM
