Resubmit plans showing the three peaked sky lights with additional protection and show the two ceiling levels that surround the sky lights, show candella changes on the second floor, provide sync for all notification devices, provide additional notification in the basement lobby, provide the sample tubes and remote annunciators for the duct smoke detectors. The only devices tested today was the first floor lobby manual pull station, four fire/smoke damperson the first floor and the south duct detector on the second floor. All other devices need to be tested. I noted that the first floor manual pull station activated elevator recall which is not allowed in current code.

Need project related fire alarm permit addressed prior to a life safety inspection. I did note that atleast one fire extinguisher was expired.

No city approved plans on site. No inspection was performed.
