Receiving storm drai inlets on 5th, 6th, & Grove have sediment protection installed. Construction entrance/trackpad to be installed after initial excavation. There will not be a large amount of haul off due to the foundation having geo-piers.

Requested to monitor dust and RP Jason stated they will use Tubs concrete washout pan .

Job trailer and staging yard is across street on Grove.

Approved for construction.
