went over 2 hr wal still inprogress and needs the 1 hr epansion joint completed also noted with contractor that the cut in the cmu for the roll up door at the 2hr fire wall did not indicate any details for support, the engineer is addressing this. 6/18/2003 1:52:35 PM

TOM, THIS IS THE COMPLAINT: BUILDING ON TO HOUSE W/O PERMITS ( LEAN- TO - WITH STORAGE AREA ) HAS STARTED CONSTRUCTION AGAIN EVEN AFTER A PREVIOUS EXPIRATION ON PERMIT BLD00-01106... There is a 5x12 shed structure at the side of the house I called p and z needs to be 5 foot from property line or 6 foot from house, i talked with owner told here if she had more questions about permiting this to call the office as now it does not comply with zoning requirements. 6/17/2003 2:20:44 PM

At the right side of the house there is a 5x12 foot shed structure 3 foot from property line,and 1 inch away from house I called pand z and it is required to be 6 foot from house or 5 foot from property line, left a stop wprk notice. with owner and told here to call p and z as I just did for further questions about attachemet and permit requirements.6/17/2003 2:12:25 PM 6/17/2003 2:12:59 PM
