Conference on below grade windows on southside of structure. Spoke with Mike P. and Jeff N., below grade windows would be allowed on south side provided windows are entirely below finished grade and provided with a protective screening over window well. Window well must remain entirely on property and not cross adjacent property line.Windows would not be a required means of egress. Explained these conditions to Bill S. and requested a resubmittal if windows are to be installed.
