The remote annunciator for the duct smoke detector was not functioning. The plastic sample tube needs to be removed from the duct smoke detector and then the detector needs tested. Provide the fire extinguisher as discussed. Provide approved hardware, single action on the south exterior exit door. Approved hardware needs to e provided on the main exit doors. Keyed hardware is ok on the main door if single action is provided on the tenant doors or the other way around.

The phone lines, flow switch and tamper switches tested ok. But a undefined signal came in for zone 7 which Brian is going to investigate it. We did not test the duct smoke detectors because the sample tubes extend out the back side of the duct work by up to 3' with the sample holes taped off with electrical tape. The first strobe that I looked at was overspaced off of the northwest wall. New walls are being built that are not shown on the plans and are effecting strobe placement. Due to the deficiencies listed above this test was a bust.

The first audio/visual I looked at has not been set at the correct candella. Also when we activated the audio/visual devices the audio was not in sync or even in temporal. The visuals started flashing at different rates or not at all. Brian said it appears that the NAC panel has failed. Testing was stopped.
