Went over the plan with Mike Hart with C&A Paving. Discussed with hi,m over the alterations to the ESC plan and eliminating certain BMP's where in is not threatening any water convences or protected areas. Told him that all storm drain inlets within the area of impact of the project need to be protected and documented on the ESC plan also by the RP of the project area. Will re-inspect on 6/19/09 PM.

Recommended to the RP to stabilize the overflow area in the 2nd basin that is being utilized while the 1st basin is being constructed. Also if the water being contained within the basin breaches the overflow to monitor the dischage.
