Work is in progress at site. Permit is posted. Project has been underway for 14+ months. There is a need for improved daily housekeeping at the site.

1. Sweep gutters on both side of street
2. Provide waste container for cigarrette butts and other litter. Only a few butts observed.
3. Daily housekeeping should be performed at end of each day that construction activity takes place.

Roads are relatively clean and storm drains have protection. Concrete washout line pit is in good condition and being utilized.

Underground utilities in first East Valley Sub have been mostly installed. Starting work on the roads , gutters and sidewalk. Permiter wattles line Warm Springs. Construction entrance rock is piled on site, but the entrance has not been installed. No trackout issues apparent at site. Will continue to monitor. No dust seen crossing Highland Valley Road or Warm Springs. No corrections required at this time.

Streets, gutters and sfh projects are staying in compliance with ESC conditions. The main violation observed was the concrete washout which is full. There was no liquified concrete in pit at time of inspection and did not observe any new foundations being poured this week.

Verbal correction to developer Brad M. to provide new washout for upcoming homes. He said it would be completed by early next week. Will check back at that time.

Note: Low risk site, washout not near any surfacae waters or stormwater drainage structures. Just needs to be removed and new lined pit provided.
