Work is in progress at site. Permit is posted. Project has been underway for 14+ months. There is a need for improved daily housekeeping at the site.

Corrections:

1. Sweep gutters on both side of street
2. Provide waste container for cigarrette butts and other litter. Only a few butts observed.
3. Daily housekeeping should be performed at end of each day that construction activity takes place.

Will re-inspect. Thursday 6/19 is day of compliance.

Dentist office is complete and occupied. The permit and Guho construction sign is still on site on the adjacent parcel. Parking lot and drainage facility improvements complete. Cleared parcel is 665 Parkcenter and looks to be prepped for furture development. Graded and stabilized with gravel. No further ESC inspections required.

No changes to site. No violations. Brighton's CGP #IDR12BJ34 is still open. City of Boise CGP has been terminated. Will continue to monitor. It is noted that any new development west of the park along Barber Station will need new permits.

RH #5 is in full progress with over 50% parcel complete or with active construction.

Roads are relatively clean and storm drains have protection. Concrete washout line pit is in good condition and being utilized.

No discharges, trackout or other violations observed at time of inspection. Approved.

Permit posted and BMPs installed for Sunny Ridge #3. No trackout to Snow Bird or Columbia Rd. No dust issues observed at time of inspection and no citizen complaints at this time.

Pool area at Sunny Ridge is near completion. Sod has been placed around the outside permiter and the parking lot is complete. Some minor work remaining on pool.
