Exit signs need to be provided at the two warehouse exterior exit doors. Emergency lights at these two doors is optional. The two doors between the offices and warehouse can be secured to prevent warehouse access to the offices. The east exit door from the showroom needs to have single action hardware and the keyed hardware removed.

A temporary occupancy was given until a fire extinguisher is provided, covers are installed on the electrical outlets, the exit sign is repaired at the main exit and emergency lighting is provided. The non operational exit sign at the rear exit can be removed or repaired. The thumbturn needs to be removed from the rear exit and single action approved hardware provided.

The 24 hour air test passed. The rough-in inspection passed. Two hangers in the west corridor need to be removed from the truss bracing and a missing hanger needs to be installed on the 2" branchline as discussed. Piping can be covered. Some sprinkler heads are overspaced as per the hydraulic calculations but the minumum gpm/psi required for the remote area exceeds the gpm/psi required for the larger square footage of the heads. I spoke to Brian about this issue as well. Piping can be covered. I spoke to the fire sprinkler contractor about the requirement for the forward flush and a 200lb hydro test.
