Demolition complete by Magnum Demo on this permit. Lot is not stabilized since it is now part of another project at the Boise Auto Mall/ Larry H. Miller dealerships. Magnum no longer on site. Inspection found trouble with another project on site:
At 10 AM this morning, the streets were cleaned improperly with a water truck after dirt dropped out of an end loader. Contractors on job STS and G&B were quick to install BMPs to prevent and filter discharge to MS4 using check dams and DI protection.
Mike from STF presented an temp approval from Josh Wilson (Planning) to work on temporary parking lot. The work will eventually be covered under ESC14-00300.
