Significant tracking was present at both exits. Discussed with Eric need to extend stabilized access to 50'. Contractors need to scrape mud off road with flat nose shovel or street sweeper. Inspection conducted immediately following heavy rain; tracking and fines from drain rock covered road and drained to culvert inlet
