Stop at jobsite to talk to tenant about their time line. tenant noted thaat the sprinkler contractor had been at their space yesterday taking measurements for the additional required heads. Aslo has contracted with an interior sub contractor for the door hardware. Tenants noted that they should be complete with all inspections prior tho the end of this month, june.

Rusten Phone #: ###-####. Needs mech rough in inspection. Insulation must be incapsulated on all six sides at on walls with unconditioned space on one side, to be completed on framing inspection. Provide tall wall detail. Foam seal around exterior wall at gas pipe penetration behind fireplace. Complete fire blocking at drop ceiling in closet upstairs and were mechanical ducts pass thru. Also needs to foam seal at double 2x6 at ceiling in living room nw end. Replaced the 3 2x6 studs at tall wall above header (by front door) they were cut to short. Replace modified simpson hangars at double LVL in living room. A;lso redlined on plans, operable window in master siute to close to mechanical (fireplace vent). Correction notice was posted. Do not insulate.
