River Heights 5 has about 50% of all parcels complete or in progress. Central area is being used for landscape stockpile operations, the construction entrance installed is in good condition. DI bags and concrete washout pit have remaining capacity.
Some dirt in gutters but many contractor vehicles line the street. Will need to be address in next schedule street cleaning.

No significant fugitive dust or track out. No discharges or material storage issues. Stockpile from hillside excavation is in active use, but the undisturbed end has vegetated.
