Talked with Kenny ....Owner. Fire guys have been out and are aware of the problem that kenny installed a mezzanine....W/O permit ........in a sprinklered Bldg. Kenny said he will either permit.......or tear it out. He needs a week or so to compile costs of Eng. Arch. Plans. permits etc. to be able to make his decision. Check back. KENNY IS REMOVING MEZZANINE.
