210.8- Receptacle located in kitchen area for cabinet with sink in front of island shall have GFCI protection.
406.4(D)- Replacement receptacles if grounding type shall have GFCI protection.
408.4- Circuit directory shall be labeled accurately.
422.31(D)- A disconnecting means shall be provided for appliances rated over 300 VA. Oven, water heater. Lock-out acceptable.

110.3- Furnace junction box cover removed. Reinstall box as provided by manufacture.
250.148- In boxes with more than 1 circuit all equipment grounding conductors shall be bonded together in that box.
300.4- NM cable shall be protected from physical damage where run thru bored holes that do not maintain 1 1/4" from framing surface.
314.25- Kitchen can has junction box cover not completely covering opening.
334.15- Wher NM cable is installed on stairway it is subject to damage when drywall is being installed. Relocate.
408.7- Unused breaker space in basement panel shall be sealed.
Garage has only 2 circuits, if more than 2 grounding electode connection required.
