failing permit for reason that there is work still needed to be done by a licensed electrician...homeowner has done work without permits and plans on selling house...electrical contractor has brought panel up to code, added cans, dryer and range wire to code, and fixed other small issues-that work is ok

Replacing brakers without permits for a rental...
work has been done without a permit...work performed was changing out outlets that needed replace from usage...of the outlets I could inspected were tamper resistant and GFIs where needed...person doing work was not hired by renter but by homeowner...renter showed me work but did not have contact info on person doing work...will check weekly to verify an electrical permit has been pulled and before further electrical work is done
