Steve Webb has been in contact with Rich Tomlinson and Roger (Titan) regarding dewatering issues. Mr. Tomlinson is having a filter tank delivered to the site and will use the tank for filtration of the water before it is is discharged from the site.

Responded to complaint from citizen (Erin) regarding concern with dewatering from project on the east side of her property. Met with Steve Webb, Brian Murhpy, Mike (Hardrock), Cliff (Titan) and myself to inspect site to approved ESC plan. We suggested that the job be stopped for the remainder of the day as we were unable to get ahold of the developer or owner's rep; there is a small amount of water that is being discharged from the retention pond to a swale that may be on the citizen's property. We are unaware of any agreement between the complaintant and the developer for permission to use her property for any sort of dewatering. We will follow up with this on Monday after we've spoke with the developer.
