Called contractor, Joe Raver, he noted that the bank has forclosed on the house. I told him that final insp. were needed on elec, mech and bldg. and that home did not have cert of occ. Joe noted that their were occ. living in the house. JOe gave me phone number to bank and noted that it was out of his hands and to contact the bank. I spoke to a Mr. Lube with Sterling savings, and Mr. Lube noted that this property was never forclosed on. I noted to Mr. Lube that I will contact contractor again to get final insp. Rescheduled job for 6-26-08 and will contact Raver const.
