Re-inspection for correction items dated 2/7/05. Items still not repaired include; provide high/low air pressure switch monitoring, map at the FACP, signage at the riser door, battery trouble did not report. Items retested okay include sprinkler waterflow and phone line 2. Noted one duct detector has been installed and NFPA 72 forms were on site.

Fire life safety completed satisfactory, inspection passed.

Fire sprinkler permit finaled.

Work in progress, site construction underway.

Permit final pending compliance with NFPA 25 5.5.1. Contractor has been notified.

Verified knox box is installed as needed per most recent fire life safety inspection activity note.

Missing fire extinguishers-need to post and provide with current tags, one exit sign is not functional, door hardware at the second exit is backward, missing tactile sign per plan notes, project is not in condition for final at this time, missing ceiling tile, etc.
