- All Fire Extinguisher to be inspected (expire end of June)
- Exit signs leading into dock/warehouse to be removed (two of them, from break room and from dispatch)
- Knob turn hardware to be replaced with lever hardware at designated exits (two of them: one from breakware and exit from warehouse/dock)

-Thumbturn deadbolts replaced with keyed on the front (designated exit) doors for each unit
-Lever hardware on all three front doors replaced with single action lever hardware.
-Fire Extinguishers placed in one the 2nd levels of two of the units.
