Hardware issues to be finished prior to structural final inspection as discussed and agreed.

See fire plan review notes item #1 regarding system smoke detectors at the sleeping rooms, tamper switch at the forward flow control valve is wired normally open, revise panel to eliminate the autotest communication error due to AES transmitter.

Fire life safety inspection passed. Contractor to provide address numbers at the fuel island canopy as discussed.

Exit signs at the corridor are not functional on battery backup, one new office is missing fire sprinkler coverage, existing FP system is overdue annual certification. Modifications to the fire sprinkler system will require a separate permit.

Fire life safety is acceptable pending building address numbers are posted and the keyed lock at the second storefront exit is blanked or removed (mag lock hardware has been installed). Items to be completed prior to structural final approval.
