RP-GC Gene returned call and said the street sidewalks and gutters on Skene and St. Patrick Street have been swept.

Homeowner project is complete and all loose sediment stabilized. No trackout to Hill Road. BLD finaled. NO further ESC inspections required.

No activity yet for Old Boise sidewalk project. No site prep requested at this time.

No activity at time of inspection. Sidewalk and gutter are very clean, no sediment or trackout from site. The lot has been grubbed, but the wall is not yet installed.

Complaint called in that painters were washing out buckets next to street.

Arrived at site and no paint have flowed to street or the storm drain at corner of La Pointe and Royal. Talked to painter and stated that washout must be contained and disposed of properly.

He stated the builder owners teenage son was helping with the painting and was unaware that it was a violation. They stopped him after 1 bucket and directed him to the shop's floor drains. I double checked it was latex paint, which is permissable in the sewer system.

Site has good construction entrance, all DI's protected, and permit posted. Security fence installed and wattles at southwest corner.

WIP. Told employee on site to clean up the sediment in gutter in front of projects at end of day. He agreed to do so. Minor accumaltion.

ESC conditions satisfied. BLD already finaled.
