250.148- Epuipment grounding conductors shall be bonded to metal boxes. net panels.
300.4- Nail plate SER at upper wall in basement.
300.15- NM cables shall terminate in a box. Dining box not stuffed.
314.17- KO seal needed for unused hole in service panel.
314 20- All boxes shall have covers. Recessed coan cover missing in up bathroom.
334.30- NM cable shall be secured with in 12" of 2 gang in down bed.
408.7- Unused breaker spaces shall be closed by approved means. Service panel.
