Steve Webb has spoke with Rich Tomlinson regarding the dewatering complaint made last week. An agreement has been made between the developer and the home owner regarding dewatering onto her private property. Erosion issues and concerns have been delt with; specifically the proper way to install and maintain a sediment basin used for water retention. The current system in place on site is working, but we have suggested some modifications on future projects. The basin should be designed to slow down the velocity of the water leaving the site as well as drop out any sediment before dewatering occurs. The dewatering on this phase of the project should be completed by the end of the week. I will re-inpsect the site at the end of the week.
