Tenant work in progress.

Verified corrections have been made for the basement level piping, noted two stair enclosures are not yet piped, some upright heads in the corridor may become blocked due to excessive amounts of mechanical and electrical equipment in process of installation below the heads.

Some items noted at previous inspection including added heads in the lobby restroom, relocated heads at the 2nd floor conference room have been completed. Remaining items include missing heads at the cash and vault rooms, missing escutcheons, one head at the teller lobby to be replaced, covered heads at the 1st floor west stair landing, still need final for the shell and core permit.

OH fire sprinkler modifications are approved for cover at the drop ceilings, final pending ceiling tile and escutcheons.

Previously noted pendent head in the storage room is still not correctly installed.

Inspection for units 208, 209, 210, 211 on the west end of the building completed satisfactory, plastic cover and battery lid replaced on two SD while on site, noted the basement level storage areas will require smoke detectors and at least one fire extinguisher- see plan review notes and annotations, the remaining 8 units in this building are not yet completed for final.

Corrections completed, fire alarm testing passed.
