Received complaint about lack of BMPs at Sage Elementary project on 6/25.
Walked site with RP Rob from Guho Corp. Checked all parking lot DIs and the MS4 DI on Parkcenter. 1. All bags had filter bag inlet protection. 2. Wattles are on-site to put around stockpiles, no stockpiles at time. 3. Area of disturbance where bank was demolished has 1.5-2 inch curbing above level of dirt, very little leaving area. 4. Water tank on site to control dust in bank area if necessary. 5. No concrete work yet but Rob said he would use a portable pan washout.

Clearly post permit sign and SWPPP
Other than that the site look good. No trackout to Parkcenter, no dewatering taking place. Approved.

Next inspection will check DI bags and Eckart for maintenance needs. Currently have remaining capacity.

Terraces project is in good condition. Light suppressed dust and water truck is on site, but traffic has also decrease. Silt fence perimeter has no breaches, both entrance has heavy duty rock, permit and SWPPP on-site. There is some utility work on Lysted that is not yet patched over and is a small source of loose sediment. Should be covered up soon.

Terraces' condo units along Council Springs are in compliance. Construction access on Council Springs has good rock entrance and signage stating "Entrance Only, No Exit" in effort to prevent trackout. Silt fence perimeter behind units is trenched and supported by security fence. Approved.
