Data center grounds are contained by vegetated berm and all stormwater is treated & retained on site. Area to the west of the building is over 50% vegetated with grasses and weeds. No fugitive dust issues or observable erosion so determined to be low risk and revegetated in fall after temperatures lower.

All temporary BMPs removed. Business is in operation.

No further ESC inspection necessary. Permit finaled.
