Correction items include PIV tamper, incorrect addressing at two in duct detectors, two restrooms with non-functional notification devices, changed EOL's, changed av location and type which will require as-built plans reflecting actual install as deviated from approved plans, security door at the main entry/exit is not installed at this time to enable testing of this point, provide list of signals recieved for verification at next inspection, per review comments NFPA record of inspection and testing to be completed by the contractor prior to request for final inspection.
