Met with Troy (owner's rep) and John (RP rep) and reviewed approved ECP. Reviewed action items neccessary to complete Phase I which required stabilization of the swales with seed and jute matting and installation of perimeter controls to protect the completed swales. Will re-inspect Monday.

Still needs stabilized. Owner submitted mix design for seed, mulch and tackifier for approval that includes pasture mix seed at 50 lb/ac, 1500 lb/ac wood fiber mulch and 10 lb/ac soil pam for the tackifier. Trying to verify SoilPam application rate with manufacturer. Specification sheet provided doesn't spec application rates for this type of application. See email correspondance.
