We had our electrician Robert Little of Irish electric (###-####) change out breaker you requested but he also double checked with head of Boise City permits on electrical side and he verified that he does NOT have to pull a permit to do that scope of work. I left my office phone number if any questions or concerns. If you still need to go out and verify if that breaker was changed I can coordinate with homeowner but not sure if you will need to.
