The city approved plans had been provided but the review comments and approved small document package was not available. The PIV tamper switch did not work. The sprinkler contractor was not available to test the two flow switches. The sleeping room smoke detectors did not sound a temporal signal as required per NFPA 72 29.3.5. The first floor corridor 104 smoke detector is labeled as Bay 1. As-builts need to be provided showing all of the changes and additions which include an AES panel instead of phone lines, an additional module for the AES trouble (point 17), and the flow switches are shown as tamper switches. A re-inspection fee has been applied.

Remove the thumbturn on the main exit and provide keyed. Provide annual inspection for the fire extinguisher. Remove the exit sign/emergency light at the southwest exit that is behind the wall. Provide a exit sign/emergency light over the sales floor directing people to the second exit in the northwest corner. Provide single action hardware on the pass through door to this second exit. Provide sprinkler protection under the interior canopy, reduce the width of the canopy to be under 4'-0" or provide a "roofing" that is atleast 70% open as discussed.
