Issued request that stockpile may require dust control or reconfiguration/removal if issues arise and also to notify employees to be mindful of dust when entering or leaving site.

Peppermill subdivision phase development is complete, permit open to monitor SFH construction by CBH, each with individual ESC permits as well.

Streets, gutters and storm drain structures are free of significant sediment. No materials spills or discharges observed.

Two corrective actions needed:
1. Pick up the wind blown trash that has deposited on the undeveloped SE corner of site at end of Sumpter.
2. Need new concrete washout pit for any new foundations to start this week.

Corrections issued to CBH RP and also notified developer.
