Verbal warning issued to RP Adam of Eaglewood Homes to have stockpile removed from street & sidewalk and swept ASAP. He agreed and said it would get done and the crew should be back on site shortly.

Permit was retrieved by Knife River after initial miscommunication between contractors/developers/City. The BMPs were installed, no violation, the permit paid for but was not physically picked up. RP Randy and project manager Jeff Corsen got the permit as I requested last week upon discovery of the work occuring.
Permit is now issued and posted at site. Wattles protect the stormwater retention pond area. Water truck actively doing rounds all over site to keep down dust. SWPPP on site. Approved.

ACHD inspector called in complaint about unprotected surface water in canal.
Canal is surrounded by 5-6 feet of well established vegetation entire length of lot. The foundation and house level is also below grade and will be backfilled this week. I informed GC Dirk Dunham to be mindful of the ditch and if stockpiles stay on site they should have perimeter controls. Currently excess dirt is to be off hauled.
Permit posted. No violations of ESC ordinance observed.
