There is no independant supervisory signal being reported. The existing facp is capable of this function per the Pyrotronics vendor. This capability will need to be installed and tested prior to a final sign off. The technician and I discussed the issue.

The model of Aes installed does not match what was submitted. Also an intella tap has been installed which is not shown on the plans. I told Randy that this once I would accept this as an as-built but all other would need to resubmitted as previously discussed on the last inspection.

See the city approved plans for the deficiencies listed in red. They include providing correct door hardware on all of the exterior exit doors, repairing all of the exit signs/emergency lights and removing the non-functional fire alarm system.

All previous items noted have been corrected except there is still the random horn sounding in the warehouse which will need to be corrected. Also as-builts are needed as previously requested that show the door mags, new duct smoke detectors, relocated duct detectors, adjusted candellas, relocated a/v's and new a/v's in the warehouse.

There were no approved drawings on site. The Netcon was verified at 5 and signals were received at the monitoring station. The wrong sized battery was installed as well.
