No inspection was performed. The monitoring had not been set up completely, manual pull stations are mounted too high, door holders had not been completely installed and wired into the fire alarm panel, an hvac control wire was not connected to the panel yet and an electrical/fire alarm box behind the wet sprinkler riser did not have a cover installed. These are just items noted initially and is not a complete list of possible corrections needed.

A temporary occupancy was given until the thumbturn lock and round knob on the front door is removed as discussed. Also the fire extinguisher needs tagged and an additional one provided upstairs.
