Mount the fire extinguisher and provide an annual inspection tag, two pendant sprinklers are mounted too close to one another. This work will require permits. Also the thumbturn needs to be removed from the front exit door.

This inspection has been failed mostly due to the floor plan not matching the city approved plans. This occupancy required two exits. A wall with a door with locking hardware has been built in the corridor. The exit door on the plans out of the dance area actually is dead bolted on both sides and another door not shown on the plans is giving access to the exit corridor. The plans show a womens restroom but this restroom is now a breakroom. All restroom devices have been removed. The fire extinguisher needs its annual inspection and to be mounted. If the new wall/door stays exit signs will need to be mounted at the door, the locking hardware removed and emergency lighting installed in the Lounge Area. I deferred Jen to Tim.
