Sprinkler piping is ok to cover. I also went over life safety requirements with the job superintendant. One new exit sign was found to be nonfunctional and the suite number is missing.

Inspection was actually for a conference. I met Jim Sly at the project site as well as the insulator contractor and discussed what jim and I would be looking for on our inspections. This included sprinkler obstructions. Work is being started in the Windmill book store.
