Written Correction notice and voicemail left: 1. signage needs to be moved to construction access; it is currently located at top of hill on unpermitted lot. 2. Distrubed lot to south needs permitted or restored to pre-existing condition. This disturbed lot has the potential to contribute signifiant turbid run-on. 3. The silt fence is not installed where the plan shows it. Install silt fence along the top of the slope on the west side.
